It has a double steering position in which the whole set of sails is displayed directly, and its control is realized with a team of winches centralized in this same point of the boat. A Harken team that is also used in the rails and pulleys of the boat. In addition, it has a multi-purpose boom, always visible that allows both good navigation and an excellent anchorage.
Inside, it is possible to emphasize the configuration with stays at a single level, without thresholds or steps, the great amount of light that receives from its lateral windows and the comfortable descent to each cabin thanks to its lateral handles and the curved steps. While all artificial lighting is equipped with LED light.

The Sun Odyssey 519 is designed for dynamic navigation, but at all times premium onboard safety. So it equips a keel in L, the best in any performance of navigation, and the safest in stranded. The keel also has side wings that allow a better counterweight to windward. The hull bilge offers stability and a waterline that allows a large volume in the interior.
