XAMMAR AND NICO RODRÍGUEZ BRONZE EUROPEAN OF 470

THE BRONZE IN THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP OF 470 IS FOR THE SPANISH TEAM
THE MOVISTAR TEAM GOT THE SATURDAY 13 MAY THE BRONZE MEDAL IN THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP OF 470, ACHIEVING ITS BEST RESULT OF THE SEASON IN AGUAS DE MONACO.
Due to the wind conditions in Monaco, the Race Committee was unable to complete the grand final so the partial results obtained by the Spanish sailors made them position in the third position of the European classification, officially hanging the bronze medal continental.
The first position was for the Swedes Carl-Fredrik Fock and Marcus Dackhmmar and the third for the French Guillaume Pirouelle and Jeremie Mion.
Xammar, skipper of the boat, explained: "We arrived in Monaco after things were not quite right in Hyères. We knew that we were prepared to do better and arrived here with a great desire to turn the tortilla around and get a good result"
After six months sailing together they have been able to get their first reward, now they only think of the next World Cup Series Final of Santander that will be played in June, we hope that the effort continues to bear fruit.
